Getting An Alarm

Call us on 0800 904 904 for an obligation free quote, email us on info@securely.nz or fill out your details on our Contact Us page. Let us know whether you want a quote for monitoring an existing alarm or whether you need a new alarm installed.

When you call us we’ll try and get as much information about any existing alarm system as we can so we can pass that on to our technician.

Once the technician has visited your property we’ll send you a quote in writing. Once you have accepted the quote we’ll talk to you about a monitoring agreement, which includes how you want us to respond to an alarm activation. Some people choose to have a guard sent to every activation (which incurs a cost to you) while others choose to respond themselves. It’s your decision how you want us to manage your activation & you can outline that in your Response Plan.

Usually any alarm issues will require a technician to assess your alarm which will result in a charge to you.  The charge depends on the complexity of the issue and how long the technician is on site but fees for monitored customers are $97 for the first 30 minutes & $46 for every 30 minutes after that.

We will do our best to give an estimation of cost before we arrange a technician to visit.

Our service and installation technicians operate from Whanganui down to Wellington, and including Taupo.

Please note that our Technical Support team work Monday-Friday from 9am – 4pm and can be reached on 0800 904 904. Callouts from a technician after hours, or on public holidays incur a higher fee which we will advise you about when you call us.
