About Our Team
SECURELY® has staff spread across three office locations: Head Office Levin, Tauranga, and Lower Hutt along with sales team members based around New Zealand together with a national presence of contracted service staff.
SECURELY® is owned by Horowhenua lines/distribution company, Electra, a Trust operated business. SECURELY® is based in Levin, regional New Zealand, something we are proud of, and it’s a big part of our culture and the way we do business.

I see my role as the Coach for this incredible team, setting the direction and goals along with making sure we have the right resources and the best people. My team would say I’m a little impatient and always wanting to go faster so I also need to clear any roadblocks that stand in our way of achieving great customer outcomes.
Our values are all incredibly important to me, so a mash of “always being there, doing the right thing safely at the best value” sums it up for me.
Hands down the best thing about working here is the goosebumps I get every time I hear how our team support people throughout New Zealand to live independent and confident lives. This lets me know I have done my job well.

My team is all about communicating and supporting our clients. We work with people in the community to help them remain independent, and we partner with businesses to keep them in front of their competitors and supporting their clients.
Having values to adhere to as a team is important. I think the most important value is integrity. There is no grey area when it comes to integrity. You either have it, or you don’t.
The best thing about working for SECURELY® is the lump you get in your throat when we hear clients’ stories about how our service helped save their life.
The finance team works closely with the different teams at SECURELY® to help align goals, strategy and information sharing by fostering open channels of communication and in an environment where ideas can be shared which will assist in providing a great experience for our customers.
Being focused on our customers is at the forefront of everything we do as we aim to provide a positive experience for all of our stakeholders in every interaction that we have with them, the customer comes first.

Customer Care Lead
In a nutshell, my teams’ job is to support and listen to our customers. We have a dedicated and talented group of people who are passionate about ensuring our customers and their property are safe. We answer all incoming customer calls and queries, the team also responds to medical and security activations, 24/7.
It is difficult to choose one from our company values as they guide all our actions to ensure our customers have a great experience every time they interact with us. Our most important value is being there when our customers need us most.
It’s been a privilege of a lifetime, to work for a company that is making real differences to peoples lives. We save lives. That might sound very dramatic, but we do, each and every day. Our company is constantly reviewing new technology and processes to see how we might improve what we offer to real New Zealanders.
Business Improvement Lead
Essentially our team’s role is to help others, both across the wider Securely® Team and ultimately our customers. Business Improvement is all about doing things better. Better process plus better technology means better service and better outcomes for our customers, a more supportive environment for our staff, and a more successful business overall.
I struggle to split the values between integrity and reliability, because our customers trust us to be there for them 24/7 365 days a year, and to do that well, we have to ensure that we are always there, and we always do what we say we will.
I’ve been with SECURELY® since the very beginning and I’m still here because I believe that we really can help people live better lives, and I love seeing the growth in skills and capabilities across our SECURELY® Team.
Service Delivery Lead
The Service Delivery team provide the basis that supports customers to ensure they are safe in their homes. The team continually aim to provide quality services that are delivered in an effective, efficient, and reliable manner with the customer at the centre of how we engage.
I believe integrity is the foundation on which our business operates. SECURELY® builds relationships and fosters trust, and it is one of the fundamental values that we show to each other and our customers. To have integrity means that we are accountable, responsible, and truthful and that our actions are inherently consistent.
