Our 24/7 Monitoring Centre is based in Levin and operates 24/7 365 days a year.

In case of an emergency we have the capability to work remotely or at an alternative location.

Our caring team are always there to answer high priority calls, as well as carry out pendant tests (we like to do this at least very 6 months with every customer) or answer any questions you may have.
